This system is ideal for shop floors, warehouses, grocery stores, public restrooms, restaurants, and other heavy traffic areas. It has very low viscosity, allowing it to penetrate into the concrete up to 1/8″ deep, creating an extremely effective bond. It provides a heavy-duty seamless surface with exceptional durability and service. Our Polyaspartic System takes only one day to fully cure and can be walked on two hours after installation. It is normally applied from 25 to 30 mils.

Xpedite Shield – Heavy Duty Coating

Xpedite Shield is an industrial-grade, heavy-duty, high-build system that meets the most demanding applications. It is suitable for automotive repair shops, forklift use, semi-rigs, large aircraft hangars, industrial production floors, machine shops, and other heavy-duty floors. Xpedite Shield is a performance flooring system that includes four different coatings to a thickness of 20 to 25 mils. Its glossy finish reflects light in all directions providing a better illuminated work place. It is waterproof; stain-proof; high impact resistant; scratch resistant; hot tire proof; and impervious to all vehicle fluids, corrosive road salts, and most industrial acids. It will not yellow, dull or peel.


Cementitious Urethane System for Abusive Environments

Formulated to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack, this system is the answer for the most abusive environments, including food-processing areas. Our urethane-based system is a heavy-duty seamless resurfacer that provides exceptional durability and service. It bonds permanently to most any type of sound substrate including concrete, quarry tile, brick pavers and plywood. This system is installed with a roller applied 16-mil topcoat, a self- leveling system from 1/8″ to 3/16″ or by trowel method in thicknesses up to 3/8″. Cures quickly for minimal down time.


Moisture Remediation System

Excessive concrete moisture is the #1 cause of flooring failures. VaporSolve™ system is used as a preventative measure when concrete doesn’t have a vapor retarder in place and future moisture conditions cannot be predicted. It can be applied under damp conditions and on recently placed concrete. VaporSolve™ is a highly specialized epoxy coating system formulated to isolate moisture sensitive flooring from all levels of concrete moisture. VaporSolve™ has a 10-year warranty when applied by approved professionals.

Moisture-Tolerant Flooring Systems

Formulated to withstand aggressive chemical and thermal attack, this system is the answer for the most abusive environments; these flooring systems were created to solve the problems of flooring failure due to moisture migration. They incorporate colored quartz in a hybrid floor system consisting of a moisture-tolerant urethane base coat and one-hour-curing methyl methacrylate (MMA) topcoats. Installation in as little as two days greatly reduces interruption to business. Quartz is available in fine (Q28) and coarse (Q11) sizes and in several color mixes. It can be applied to thickness of 1/8″ to 1/4″.


Spray-on Polyurea System

Sprayed-on polyurea is ideal for water tanks, secondary containment, waterproofing, and corrosion protection. It is a two-component modified polyurea elastomeric, 100% solid, instant-curing lining system. It is an environmentally-friendly product that contains neither solvents nor VOCs. The two components are mixed together at point of application to create a high-performance elastomer. It dries and becomes solid in four seconds, allowing for multiple coats, which builds to your desired thickness. This provides a seamless flexible system that is impermeable and long-lasting. Lining thickness: typically 1/16″ (62.5 mils; 1.59 mm) up to 1/4″.


Concrete Pavement Repair

Our Xpedite PSC system is ideal to repair potholes and cracked concrete. Our repair product consists of a three-part 100% solid epoxy concrete solution. It can be applied to a trowel finish, level with the pavement, and cures in 8 hours. This material provides a compressive strength of 8,000 – 10,000 psi.
